International shipping

All sent products are marked with our supplier's return address for your convenience.

Make A Claim

We'll review it in 1-2 business days and notify you via email. By adding your purchase ID (receipt number) and contact details we can easily match you with our records and proceed with the return.

If a product is returned but unclaimed it will come back to us and we'll place it in our temporary returns for 28 days at no cost. During this time, you'll be able to reclaim, change the shipping address, or update your info if you need to.

All unclaimed returns will go to charity.
